With over 27 years experience managing and operating large-scale Seawater Reverse Osmosis systems in the Caribbean, Billy has a wealth of knowledge that is surpassed by few. Prior to his Reverse Osmosis involvement, he had 15 years of employment for a Caribbean Oil Refinery.
