SCOTT BAGGERLY
Preston "Scott" Baggerly heads a unique organization specializing in water
systems designed exclusively for international clientele. His credentials are supported by
years of successful, large-scale R/O development and management with a solid foundation of
hands-on experience. His experience includes the specification, construction, commission and operation
of various water systems: brackish water, seawater R.O., wastewater, boiler water, cooling
water and potable water.
The international repertoire that Mr. Baggerly boasts consists of job-sites
in Israel; Pakistan; and the Caribbean islands of Sint Maarten/St. Martin, St. Eustatius, Saba,
Anguilla, Tortola, St. Barthelemy, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Panama, and the Bahamas. He is
currently developing sales in the Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, as well as other Asian
Pacific and Caribbean territories.
Experience in well drilling has provided Mr. Baggerly with a sound
hydrology background that he uses to assist customers in deciding their water source.
This decision is crucial to the customer’s choice of manufacturer, equipment and supplies.
Mr. Baggerly has produced and currently presents seminars entitled
"Introduction to Water" and "Introduction to Reverse Osmosis." He has also developed an
ongoing training program for clients interested in on-site training and continuing education
for their operating personnel.
The technical support/management program that Mr. Baggerly has developed
is only available through LifeSource. This program provides customers with 24-hour, 365 days
per year on-call technical support and optional analytical support and troubleshooting.
Mr. Baggerly’s education includes extensive courses on water treatment
and reverse osmosis from California State University; David H. Paul, Inc; and Bainbridge
Technical. He holds licenses with the State of Florida, Water/Waste Water Treatment, License
#DW-0008241, Florida Wastewater License #0014194, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), AFLCIO Local #108,
License #BA42109904; and the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Merchant Marine Engineer, License #603866.
He is a member of the Water Environment Federation (WEF), International Desalination Association
(IDA), American Desalination Association (ADA), Southeast Desalting Association (SEDA),
Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA), and the Florida Water Environment Association (FWEA).
He also attends technical seminars and related reverse osmosis and wastewater treatment training
programs to maintain current state-of-the-art knowledge and expertise.
